Skeeter Screen 90602 Patio Egg Diffuser Refill Oil, 8 oz, 8-Ounce

I bought the original Patio Egg some time ago and have been using in my work room where those little beasties like to find me and bite me. I do not have many in the house but do have a few and I must be a magnet for them as they find me when I cannot swat them. Like in the middle of the night when it wakes me up to scratch where they have bitten. So I have bought a refill this time and put a bit on a small cotton ball and placed them strategically in places I sit like at the computer or tv. So far it is working. No bites. I place the cotton balls into ceramic knick knacks... I have also used in a diffuser for essential oils. The scent is actually pleasant lemony flowery.

I have had problems with mosquitoes, gnats, flies, wasps, hornets - you name it - at my back patio door for years. A couple of years ago, my friend gave me the Patio Egg as a birthday gift. I put it in a closet and discovered it 2 months ago. Decided to give it a try and, WOW!, no more flying insects around my door.I was so excited over this wonderful product, I purchased 3 more sets - 1 for each of my 2 daughters and one for my brother. They, too, love it. My brother lives in the country and said he couldn't leave his outside porch light on because of the swarming bugs. He put up the patio egg and said they no longer come around.The refill oil is a little pricey, but it is well worth it!

I have been using this egg diffuser for two years now. I have one hanging over the door in the front of my house and on the side of my house. I also have one hanging on my carport. I would not say it works 100% but it does work about 80%. And that is a remarkable difference from the problems I was having before using the diffuser. It is needed to be refilled about twice a month. I will continue to re-order this.

I have been using this since last summer and it does a great job. Our property is heavily wooded and we have a pool. Summers in Texas can be brutal with attacking mosquitoes even if you don't have alot of trees and a water source in your backyard. We have a bug zapper away from the back patio area and we have the patio egg on the patio. We spray the entire yard about every two months starting late spring through late fall. I didnt want harsh chemicals right on the patio for many reasons. This seemed like a good solution. It has geraniol which is used in citronella which is fine but personally I wouldnt want to sit close enough to smell it for long periods of time

Works Great, smells great, bought another one for near front door. We can enjoy our pool with NO mosquitoes. I even hung out front while waxing Car and NO Bites!! First one was a gift. Thanks!

Living in North Carolina (brood central for skeeters) I can say this stuff really works! I like essential oils so I enjoy the slight fragrance as well. We have a large deck as well as a large patio area so I bought (4) eggs and use 2 in each space! I refill them when I see a mosquito and boom! No 🦟 for the next week or 10 days! I recommend ordering some refills of the solution but honestly I went all summer without opening my refill bottle, just using what came in the initial kit!

Absolutely love this line of products!! This was a refill for my Skeeter Egg. I’ve been using this line for a few years and it’s the only thing that deters Regular Texan and Tiger mosquitos. I’m hyper sensitive to mosquito bites and this stuff has saved me from tearing up my skin from scratching.I’ve also used the Skeeter skin spray and it kept away mosquitoes during the Zika outbreak while in the BVI. I even sprayed it right on my face.The scent is like geranium flowers and you don’t get the stink ans coughing/ running away from where you sprayed yourself like Off brand products. Just buy it !!!

I honestly couldn't tell you if this was working or not. It does have a VERY strong smell so don't put it anywhere near where you're going to be sitting or hanging out. I originally purchased the 'kit' egg and oil. It looks pretty hanging on the patio, if you want any chance of it working you MUST follow the directions exactly. The skitters are worse this year than any other year. This is one of several different repellents on my patio.
