61065 Furry Plush Neck Wrap, White Swan

It broke and leaked. I ordered a replacement. The second one did the same thing. I was very careful about how long I microwaved it.

I am really disappointed with this neck wrap. I bought it specifically because it is filled with odorless gel beads. The first time I used it a few beads burst and leaked hot liquid, although I did not exceed the recommended time in the microwave. One good thing, the sticky liquid did not stain my clothes and the cover laundered just fine. The "horseshoe" shape is not very comfortable - it is hard to position the wrap where the heat is needed. The best I can say is it is better than nothing.

The Soothera 61065 Furry Plush Neck Wrap is wonderful. Unlike the herbal neck wraps, there is no smell to it. The herbal neck wrap tend to end up smelling aweful! The Soothera Neck Wrap doesn't smell! It is soft and comfortable. I had been borrowing my mum's and wanted one of my own. So I have been using one for months now and absolutely love it!!

After several times using the neck wrap the beads blow up and the plastic around it ruptured and hot water came out hurting skin.

Love Soothera products, they heat and freeze well and do not smell when heated like some herbal heating pillows. Very plush and comfortable to use on neck, back, cramps, whatever. Great product!!

The outside is so soft and heavenly! This is a wonderful product. It is a smaller neck wrap and stays hot a long time.

I must say, if you have any neck tightness, muscle strain, deep tissue issues.....THIS NECK WRAP IS A LIFE SAVER! Or should I say--NECK SAVER?
