## Questions & Answers

**Q: Cannot find any carriers on this phone. Is it unlocked, as per the advert??**
A: The one I got was definitely unlocked. I checked with a Tesco SIM and a Vodaphone SIM. Both connected to the network.

However I had trouble with an old O2 SIM (from a Nokia, circa 2004) not working at all. I suspect there might be a compatibility issue somewhere with much older SIMs.

**Q: Can you install your own wallpapers on this phone?**
A: Hi, yes you can change or customise the wallpaper on the TT240, thank you.

**Q: Am I able to install Spotify on the device**
A: Hi, the TTfone TT240 Kai Os store does NOT have a Spotify app. Thank you, TTfone

**Q: Does it have wifi calling?**
A: No, Kai OS version of TT240 KaiOS 2.5.1.1 - does not support wi-fi calling/WhatsApp video calls.
