*BUYERS BEWARE* Plese DO NOT waste your money on this product. I took this product exactly as it was recommend and it did absolutely nothing. It was probably a placebo or something and it didn't work for me at all. Complete waste of money! I would give it zero stars if I could.

My mother who has a thyroid problem and also takes medications has a very difficult time finding the right diet pill to help her lose all that belly fat she has accumulated. I ran across this and loved the ingredients that it has inside. I brought it up to her healthcare provider and he said that it would be an excellent choice of supplements to take with the medications she is on. Now I do strongly urge you to ask a healthcare provider about any medications before taking them. Well, I ordered them for her to see if it will help. When I received them I told her to take two capsules maybe a half hour to forty five min before she eats. Her doctor told her not to exceed four capsules a day so she takes them at breakfast and lunch. The capsules themselves were really easy for her to swallow. She did this again at lunch and was well on her way. After a couple of days of this she noticed that she was able to eat a little bit more than usual due to her thyroid yet she was not blowing up like a balloon. She also noticed that her energy level was so much higher! Her doctor had noticed she was more upbeat as well. She said she will continue this until she meets her desired look she is trying to achieve.I received this product for free in exchange for my unbiased review.

My summary of this product would be that it gives me a little boost during the day as a diet aide. I am using this product to help me with energy mid-day, like just before lunch through dinner time. I see this as an aide to energy and weight loss, not the only solution. I also work out and eat pretty well, but with work and two kids, I do get sluggish throughout the day. The ingredients definitely help with a boost of energy. There is a smell as you open the bottle, but I find it rather pleasant, even....it smells like raspberries! The reason I gave it four out of five stars is that I haven't felt any "appetite suppressant" effects, though the bottle has it as a claim. I wasn't expecting a lot, to be honest, from the product because I've tried others with these claims only to be disappointed. This was a pleasant surprise as an aide to my energy levels.I received this product for free in exchange for an honest, unbiased review.

I purchased the Mega Blend product and found it to be pretty good. If you can tolerate caffeine then it will help you to your goal - along with exercise and proper diet. Just keep in mind, it is to help you along - not perform miracles - so don't look for a huge amount of weight loss unless you are dieting and exercising with this. If you cannot handle caffeine - use another product...this will give you a jolt! ALL IN ALL - ITS PRETTY KEWL!

Not losing any weight but not gaining any either. Don't think I will order again.
