Hot Hot Hot! Thick & Spicy!
Scotch bonnet pepper is famous in Jamaica and the Caribbean. These are the best and the hottest. And when you can't get the pepper itself, Linstead Market Jamaica Pepper Sauce is the BEST alternative, especially if you want something that you can store for much longer period. I love this brand because of the quality of the sauce, its thick, spicy and has a unique taste. I always use it to spice up our sea food.
