Is this an imperfect pattern rejected by the mfg & sold as "imperfect"? Is this pattern led free?** A: Hello we got 2 sets it is Fine China, ( not made in china) No reject for imperfections, you won't be disappointed **Q: Is this original?** A: it is original MIKASA Brand **Q: Are these first or second quality ? Where is this indicated?** A: I've never heard of 1st/2nd quality. Mikasa is a good quality porcelain china. This was a beautiful set. Even though it is porcelain china, I've always handled it with care- it's not like some other china sets that are thick and can take more "wear and tear". Mikasa's china has a finer look and feel to it. **Q: I need s service for 12. Can u do that an yow much. An how ?** A: Sorry I believe 40 pc is the biggest it comes. You would either have to buy 2) 40 pc sets or 1) 40 pc set and 4) single serving sets. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Simple and elegant *by P***L on December 31, 2013* I'm one of those people who could have a thousand different sets of dishes because I find it impossible to choose one from all the gorgeous patterns out there, but since I don't happen to own a warehouse and am basically still using the same Mikasa Garden Harvest dishes I got 20 years ago, these do quite nicely for those rare occasions when I need to try to dress things up a bit. The pattern is very simple, but I think it'd work with whatever style decor anyone has. It's not super expensive, but it makes a very nice impression. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I loved this Mikasa Platinum Crown 40 pieces set *by V***Z on December 2, 2015* I loved this Mikasa Platinum Crown 40 pieces set. But after I put them in the cabinet I noticed that some plates are not leveled. It is a manufacturing defect. I couldn't returned because I had threw the original box before I check them. Other than that they are beautiful. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ very durable plates *by A***R on April 18, 2018* very nice plates with the designed edge. But when placed in a microwave the plate edges gets super hot very quickly --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.be/products/26490792-mikasa-platinum-crown-40-piece-dinnerware-set-service-for-8](https://www.desertcart.be/products/26490792-mikasa-platinum-crown-40-piece-dinnerware-set-service-for-8) --- *Product available on Desertcart Belgium* *Store origin: BE* *Last updated: 2026-10-14*
