Third Street Chai, Authentic Chai, 32-Ounce Plastic Bottles (Pack of 6)

I had several wonderful chai lattes at cafes when I was in Boulder and was delighted to find I could buy one of them here on Amazon. I decided to get the spicy ginger flavour. Whoah! It is definitely gingery. I use 1/3 chai to 2/3 milk rather than 1/2 of each as the directions suggest. These proportions make the ginger a little less overwhelming, as well as make the extract last longer -- handy at this price. I'll definitely be buying Third Street Chai again, but may go with the original or the decaf next time. One warning though: once you start buying Third Street Chai you'll never be able to go back to Tazo or Oregon's inferior versions, so prepare yourself for the increase in cost to maintain your chai habit. Of course, it's still much cheaper than buying chai at a coffee shop, and, unless you live in Boulder, it's probably tastier, too.

I like this, but would not buy a whole case. While I love spicy things, the pepper is so overwhelming, you can't really taste the other spices. I added extra soy or almond milk to it, and it was okay.If the company would tone down the pepper, I would buy more. I was a little disappointed.

The best Chai out of a bottle. Mix half and half milk of choice. (Don't recommend almond or soy.). I sprinkle cardamom and ground cinnamon. This drink has a distinct spicy ginger kick vs the peppery flavor. It is more flavorful then many of the other brands and I believe I have tried them all!

Third Street Authentic is the best chai I've ever had. It's full flavored, but not too terribly sweet, which is my pet peeve about a lot of the Chais I've tried. Third St. Authentic is the perfect balance of flavor, spice and sweet. Before I was willing to invest in a 6-pack, I wanted to try it first. My local store only carries the Honey-Vanilla flavor (which I find to be too sweet), so I bought a single bottle elsewhere online. Now that I know I like it, buying this 6-pack was a no-brainer (has a shelf life of about a year.... at least the batch I received) -- It's a pretty great deal (especially with the free shipping). Now I have an excuse to drink it a lot more than I otherwise might, since it wil be a while before I run out.It is concentrated, so I mix it with milk, and find that I like it with a little less than a 1:1 ratio (I use a little less concentrate than milk because it has a good strong flavor). It's yummy both hot or iced. Highly recommend!!

It arrived with a sour taste. I've had the same product before from a store and it tasted good - probably a bad batch that shipped. Amazon was quick to refund. Thank you!

3rd Street gives me a reason to look forward to getting out of bed! If I haven't had time to make my homemade crockpot chai, then this is the one I turn to. Love it with nonfat milk. One of the things that bothers me about chai in many cafes is that it's not spicy enough. I love the peppery flavor of 3rd Street. I've read reviews asking for less spice. Please don't change! Let those people keep buying their syrupy Starbucks. Love what you're doing. I'm waiting on my 4th case at the moment. Really looking forward to my morning treat again.

This is spicy and has strong ginger flavor, just the way I like it and obviously what you would expect based on the name. It's nice that you can mix it to the proportions that you want with milk or water, but it is definitely a bit on the sweet side for my taste.

I usually just stick to water, but I decided to look for a decaf chai now that the weather has cooled down. I was excited to find this one with some organic ingredients and all recognizable ingredients. I was a bit leery getting six bottles at a time in case I didn't like it, but I have actually changed my subscription because I have been drinking it so quickly. I like it mixed about 2/3 concentrate with 1/3 Califia Farms Toasted Coconut Almond Milk Blend and a squirt of Stevia then warmed. I think it is pretty spicy, and it has a lingering spicy aftertaste. I don't find it unpleasant, however, and I have now set it up on Subscribe and Save to deliver six bottles every month.
