Easy to put together - did it by myself. Note - I flipped it upside down to attach the top since it’s so heavy. Super nice, sturdy and heavy enough to last a long time. We love it!

This table was so simple to put together. I read some reviews that say they struggle. There are only 4 steps to follow and it’s not hard. I did it alone. The table lift top is already put together and does not require any assembly. I love the look and utility and have had this for 2 months now and it changes my living room.

I am so happy with this purchase. Color and size are perfect. It IS gray. At least in my living room where there is a lot of natural light. I was afraid the tabletop would be more on the brown side like I saw in some pics. The lift top is just what I needed to work or eat on and raises to the perfect height. It closes nice and easy unless you have something heavy on it, then it might slam down, so I’ve learned to be careful if I put my heavy monitor on it and support it as it goes down. It’s very sturdy, good quality. Had it about 3 months now with kids and dogs around and there is one tiny white knick on the top wood and a little wearing on the edges but because the top is so textured and it is supposed to look weathered, you really can’t tell. Not a lot of storage space inside as others have, but that’s ok with me. It was pretty easy to put together, it took about 30 minutes for me. I love it and now want the whole Havalance line!

This is our second one of this item, we absolutely love the item. It is elegant and holds up well with our grandbabies just watch little fingers when closing, the spring is strong!
