Fitness Vibration Platform, Full Body, Workout Machine, Step Platform, Balance Trainer, Balance Board, Vibration Plate, Exercise Machine, Max Weight 265lbs., Workout Trainer from Hurtle (HURVBTR35)

I have used a Power Plate vibration platform at my chiropractor's office and was hoping I could find a "good enough" alternative to use at home. The Hurtle Vibration Platform actually wobbles side-to-side rather than having the whole platform oscillate up-and-down. This does not translate the vibrations to the upper body very well. Also, the top speed on this machine is a much slower frequency than the Power Plate.Still, the machine seems to be well built and may be useful for squats.

I was driving to a facility to use a commercial machine, and decided to see if I could find a home version. I spent several days researching before choosing this one. It arrived today. I've only spent a few minutes on it... just to see how it worked. So far, it seems easily as good as the commercial machine I was using. I wanted something small that I could easily pull out from a corner... it's bigger and heavier than I thought it would be (which I guess is good for durability!) It's not TOO heavy to lift, but does have a handle on side to pull into position if needed. It's not too noisy, so I could easily watch TV while using it! (Therefore, I'll likely keep it out permanently). Was pleased that the company is in U.S. User Manual is easy to read and company has a website.

I bought this to use for my arthritis and circulation, I am a senior. I just really don't get out there and exercise much, but that's my own fault. I did some research and decided on this vibration platform to see if this equipment would help. I have great stiffness every morning, in my back and legs and feet, I walk like I'm 150 years old, till my body adjusts. This machine is amazing, I have been using it every morning for weeks, it has improved my body and my outlook. It jiggles your bones and muscles and relaxes everything. I don't use it beyond speed 3 because it really vibrates high at that point for me, I use this every morning on speed one for 5-10 minutes, I can walk with ease, and feel great. It softly relaxes the muscles in my back and my legs feel stronger. I actually want to do this every morning because I feel better..which is a new experience. I am so impressed with the results that I am ordering another for my brother who has poor circulation.

I bought this in spite of the fact that I did not believe the reviews. I had never used this type of exercise devise and could not conceive that it might be truly all the reviews boasted. I was entirely in error as this devise is outstanding. You could almost call it passive or involuntary muscle development. In the 2 weeks that I have had this devise I have graduated from #1 for 9 minutes to #10 for 9 minutes. I began with just doing squats to currently I lift 15 lbs. weights while vibrating for 7 minutes on #6 or #7.The very first thing in the morning I begin my day with vibrating. My digestion is significantly improved. My calf muscles are beginning to become more defined. I have added 15 lb. weights to my vibration routine and now my biceps are also now involved and contracting and relaxing thousands of time every second.

This is a really wonderful machine. My wife and I are in out late 70s. We do yoga and work out most days so we are in good shape. This platform has added a lot too our healthy lifestyles. We both are more flexible because of this machine which has help us reach a new level of health and vitality.

Great product, once I started to use it I find how easy it to use and it has help tone up my legs, tummy and arms..I really like this product

Bought this for my 70 year old grandfather after he became obsessed with the commercials. He says it's not only made him feel overall healthier but has helped him with his sleep, bathroom use and weight loss.

I have sold these vibration platforms in the past and for the price this is a really great little machine. It is well made and works like advertised. If you are expecting it to vibrate at high levels of megahertz forget it, but in order to get higher levels I think you would have to spend at least 2 or 3k. Most of these machines below 2k vibrate at this level so personally I would not recommend spending any more money than this. With that said at this level it is great for everyone except if you are a top level athlete. I love this especially at this price and the footprint in my condo.
