Q: Is this Velcro patch or sewn on patch?

Both. All Maxpedition patches have a hook (Velcro) backing. They also include an additional loop field lined sheet for sewing onto clothes or protecting hook back when not in use.

Q: Are there different sizes of this patch? I ordered it and got 1.5"x2.5" as opposed to the stated description. Please let me know

This patch only comes in 2 different color variants, Full Color and Stealth, however there are no variants in regards to size. If there is an issue with your item, please contact Amazon directly for a return, exchange and/or refund.
