Hooray for the red, white and blue. I think it is high time as well for witches to be able to celebrate! I was thinking red/white/blue and this idea smacked me up the side of the head. The hat is made of paper mache and has been hand painted and sealed. This is my own design of which I am very proud and makes this a one-of-a-kind piece. Measurements (approximate): 8" tall and 10" in diameter.
