Saregama has drastically dropped the quality of the player in both the finish and plastic quality. Purchase an older model if available in the market

The set delivered is faulty .. the FM radio button doesn't work .. nor does the track change arrow (forward / backward) buttons work. Very disheartening to send something as a gift and hear of its faulty operations. Had bought it for my grandparents !! They reluctantly conveyed the details of the faulty handset only today. Will log a service request etc now. Painful !! Every set should be checked prior to shipping ..The complainant was registered and a fresh set was delivered. It works !!

This is an amazing product. I bought the second piece within a weeks time as first was for someone in the family. For testing purpose when I checked it for few days, felt absolutely in love with the product & ordered one more. It lets you play the songs with moods and singers. Has Bluetooth and USB options as well. About delivery - I got it within 13 hours (without prime) and 16 hours (again without prime). Its worth every penny, its portable and plays for long hours once charged.

Screen display is not working. Nothing is visible on the display.

The USB function is not working. As this was gifted to my parents who stay very far ftom my place they did not know how to use it.After a few days asked a neighbour to help them.Then realised USB function cannot be used.
