Nice product, gets the job done. Good quality silicone. At first the ice releases a little firmly from the silicone but with some practice it works just fine. Only complaint is the price. You can find these for a bit cheaper than $12.I received this product at a discount in exchange for my fair and honest review.

I love the large cubes, but it is very hard to get the cubes out. By the time I am done, my fingers are numb.

The 2" size of the cubes makes these trays perfect for me to use with making serving size cubes out of my home made bone broth. The broth goes in hot(I do not skim the fat off of my broth) so the silicone is handy that it does not warp or melt. After pouring I use a paddle to balance both trays on to get them into the freezer. The cubed bottoms make them easier to stack and they hold tight and do not slide off.The pushed out bottoms make the cubes easier to remove by allowing pressure from the bottom(sometimes after a bit of water run on them). I then put the cubes into a freezer bag making easy to grab serving size broth for a quick soup for lunch or dinner. While I do admit it is a little challenge to clean all of the fat out of the silicone I have found it is no more difficult then previous containers I have tried. I have yet to use them for just ice cubes which I am sure could be easily made and removed because of the firm/flexibility of the silicone. I did receive these items at a reduced cost for a fair and honest review.
