I bought his pillow when taking it out of the box, and leaving it on the table for 14 hours it did not fully uncompress to fill the pillowcase. It look like it was made out of high-quality material but the memory foam was pretty compressed. It would work if you wanted a neck pillow that wasn't super high. I did like the fact that it did fit into a small travel bag. I ended up returning the pillow.

My only complaint is it is a bit small. I can barely get the ends to touch when I have it around my neck, just to give you an idea. And I'm not a wrestler or football player with a big neck. So if you're looking for something a bit larger, look elsewhere. If this thing was any smaller, it would be completely unusable for me. I'd say this would be great for a child, not so great for an adult.

I Bought 2 of these neck pillows for when my husband and I fly They are super comfy and fold up, with a bit of effort, to fit into the carrying cases making them easy to fit into a carry on.

Nice quality. Only wish it plumped up a little thicker and had a hook or Velcro enclosure in the front. Easily rolls and squeezes back into the bag for portability.

This product is quality made and does what it is supposed to do. The little carry bag is nice...but I'm not sure it will be easy to stuff back into once you take the pillow out. It was a somewhat of a struggle to get it out the first time, so they may want to consider a little bigger bag if other purchasers start making similar observations. But back to the pillow...it is firm and holds its shape fine so far.

I got this for my husband to use when we read at night since he always falls asleep and his head was falling sideways. He was having a lot of problems with getting kinks in his neck. He started using it, and it seems to be solving the problem! It supports his head when he falls asleep. No more kinks in his neck. We are happy with the product. It is comfortable,and seems well made.

I like this product. However, the ends are too curved and press on my neck e.g. caratoid arteries. I have to constantly pull the ends apart. Otherwise, very good.

Very very compact when in their little storage bag which I love when traveling. I bought these for an upcoming red eye flight and they seem like they will be perfect! The cover is super soft and they return to their original shape rather quickly after removing them from the little storage bag. I also had no problem fitting them back into their storage bag either.
