16' x 10' - 3 Room Family Cabin Tent, with Full, Wrap Around Roof Fly Plus 2 AWNINGS and 2 Doors

1 of the peg loops pulled out of the stitching the first time we put it up, company used a lame excuse saying that it was user error, more likely after we walked on it, which was not the cases, it pulled as we were putting the posts up 1 of the poles up, one of us on each side of the tent.They are refusing to replace / offer to cover the cost of repair, very disappointed.

It is great

I have had this thing for 2 years. I'm no rookie, but I have read the instructions and tried and tried. I cannot assemble this thing. I called the mfr and someone was supposed to call me back but I never heard from them. My young family still has not camped.If someone has insight I'd love to have it!

it tore when I was setting it up

Horrible tent. Company keeps reposting tent under different pictures to reduce the amount of terrible reviews. Tent is made of thin material, collects water on the roof, leaks through walls and ceiling, and customer service sucks. Stay far away from anything trek tent or family tent camping.
