This 4-star review is an average between 3 stars for the product and 5 stars for the vendor (Home Kraze). The light works as expected. It's bright and makes grilling at night much easier. That said, after about a week I came home to find the grill light had fallen off my grill cover handle, and lay broken on the patio. The folks at Home Kraze were incredibly responsive, and sent me a replacement right away. I was totally impressed with their customer service.Then yesterday, I came home to find the same exact thing had happened to the replacement light they sent me...there it was, laying on the patio, broken in almost the same exact spot. In both cases, the light actually continued to function properly, but without the plastic part that is required for mounting the light fixture, it's not much use (except as a hand-held flashlight, I guess).My grill cover handle is a traditionally sized, tubular (round) handle, which seems to be exactly what this grill light was made for. I can't explain why the same thing happened twice. I don't know if the tightened gripping part loosened up, and it broke when it hit the patio or if the plastic part snapped off while the light was attached to the grill handle, so it was broken before landing on the patio.In any case, I have just alerted Home Kraze about this, and based on my previous experience with them, I'm sure they will take care of the problem again...whether it's to send me another replacement (hoping the third time's the charm) or to send a refund. I am curious to see if they will require me to pay for the return postage for the broken light. The first time this happened, it was within Amazon's 30-day return period, so there was no return shipping cost for me.In summary, I don't have a problem recommending this product to anyone. It works well, and Home Kraze is very customer-focused. Yes, the two I received have broken, but I believe that all of the many grill lights (seemingly very similar to each other) available on Amazon have the same weakness...the plastic clamp/grip, which can obviously break. So why not choose a company that stands behind their product?

It does the job ! Bright, easy to install and use. It comes with a little screw driver to open and close the battery compartment. Batteries included! A light touch turns it on and off. Attaches almost anywhere. Great purchase.

I'll keep the light but the finger sensor on/off feature is very touchy and annoying! If you BBQ during daylight you'll never be sure you've not accidentally touched the sensitive on/off switch! This means you have to twist the light around to see if the led's are on, or you'll need to get on your knees to see. This item would be much better with a regular lever type on/off switch. With a better switch I'd give it 5 stars!Update: 9/7/16As suspected, even though careful, I managed to bump the light top during a BBQ, and unbeknownst, I powered the LED's touch switch that activeated the light killing the batteries. I decided to tape a large rubber "Flap" over the sensor area, so that if the power "area" gets accidently touched - the light stays off. . I am stunned that no one else has mentioned this flaw. I'm sorry I didn't return this when I had th chance and I would also downgrade this to 2 Stars.

Loved it for the week it worked, but one rain storm and it is kaput. Don't buy if your grill is outside.

I purchased this grill light for my husband as a Christmas present. We finally had weather grill-worthy tonight and my husband excitedly got the grill light out. It worked perfectly out of the box. I loosened the adjustable grip and attached it to the handle of our grill, as instructed. It was tight but not over tight (I'm not THAT strong). As soon as I let go of the light and he went to open the grill lid, the plastic grip around the handle snapped in two and the light fell to the ground. Unfortunately, the handle is unrepairable and we are well out of the return window.

bright enough to cook by, ~10-15w equivalent. Easy install. 360 mount is very handy. Came with batteries and screwdriver.Will have to see how it holds up.Held up for couple years but the screw rusted in place nc couldn't remove it to another grill

Really love this light. It attaches easily to our grill. There was no lighting there and the light from this Grill light is perfect. Just the right amount.It came with batteries and a screwdriver too. It looks great and works great.
