It is LabVIEW. Great for home experiment and learning. Great learning tool and price. Otherwise I would not be learning it.

Very poor documentation in the envelope
Very poor documentation in the envelope. To activate, the Home Bundle, launch NI License manager which is a part of the installation. Then click on DISPLAY Computer Information which will provide you your Computer ID that looks like XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. Copy this and enter into the screen that pops up when you click on Activate on the NI License Manager screen.Good luck.

Download link provided in packet might be wrong.
The link might be messed up that's provided with the documents sent. You will have to download LV2014 SP1, which can be found here http://www.ni.com/gate/gb/GB_EVALLVHOMEBUNDLE/US. You'll then activate it with the included activation code.

No media and cryptic download instructions
No media is provided! One must navigate a poorly defined procedure to download and install the program. I may have more positive things to say if the program ever finishes installing.
