I had a pair of these eons ago when I was young. I bought a 39 which is my European size. These are a little short and a little tight. If I had been trying these on in a store, I would have bought a 40. This is the danger of buying shoes on line! I continue to do it because the selection is huge, not because I am always thrilled with the fit.
