I bought version 2 from this company. I like the camera as hardware but the software needs some work. The company is why I am writing this review. They never answer their phone and when they do they are either rude on never call back. Not many companies can be called these days but if you have a phone for the public then you better do a better job. I would say the support for this device is poor and there always seems to be another reason why this does not work with what I have. I buy everything! If there is a toy I have it. Most of my stuff is brand new to a year old. If they can't make it work with me then....
