Is this a dupe for the laneige’s water bank moisture cream ?

In my opinion it’s better. The texture is less greasy and it’s unscented! But it’s got the same benefits as far as being extremely moisturizing.

Is this more moisturizing than the Hyaluronic Intensive Cream?

I haven't tried the hyaluronic cream, but I can tell you the hydrium cream is one of the best I've tried. I have very sensitive dry skin and this really works, great as a night cream or if your skin is very dry during the day. A little goes a long way and the texture is velvety.

Is this similar to Neutrogena's Hydroboost water-gel?

I’ve not used hydroboost, but this is a cream. They make more of a gel like moisturizer in this line. I love this brand and product as it’s high quality and I’ve used it for years. The mucin 96 moisturizer is also more gel like that the hydrium cream.
