I've only been taking this lozenge for about 3 weeks but have noticed an improvement with my feet neuropathy (tingling in my feet). I was taking a 50 mcg b12 and it had no effect. This lozenge dissolves in about a minute and has a very mild taste that I find refreshing. I let it dissolve in my mouth and don't drink anything for at least 15 minutes. At a 1000 mcg I am noticing a difference and I do believe that a very small amount of b12 is actually absorbed by the body. If my neuropathy continues to improve I will update this review at a later date, probably in May.**** Update March 25 ****It's been about 7 weeks now since I started taking one of these lozenges each day and my tingling pain continues to subside. I have decent feeling back in my feet now which I never expected to have. There is something with the b12 vitamin that is healing my nerve paths. I don't know if most people will experience the same result, but if your feet are tingling, and have almost no feeling in them other than that, and mine acutally felt a little crunchy when under the sheets, then I would recommend you try this vitamin. I went with the 1000 mcg because the body doesn't absorb very much of it. When I was taking the 50 mcg, the recommended daily dose, I had no improvement.

Has what you want without the cyanide that is in most OTC B-12 supplements.

I guess if you want to get adenosylcobalamin you'll have to pay the price. Yes you can get the methl version but adenosylcobalamin is what you'll want to get that ATP/energy boost. The product is good, I just wish it was cheaper.

I just got these, bottle is double sealed which is nice, I've order other vitamins and they had no seal!I got a low dosage because im very sensitive and I want to see how these play out for me. For anyone saying these don't work, it's not that they don't work, you probably just need a highier dosage. It's not the company/pills fault you didn't do much research before hand.Recommend daily dossage is 2.4mg and these lozenges only contain 1. I plan on taking 2 if I don't notice much of a difference in energy levels with just 1.I also got these because I read that two natural forms of B12 are in 1 capsules and it works best with both vs just 1. Look it up before you buy. This is best for my preference.The flavor is nice, I let the B12 dissolve under my tongue. They taste like orange. I would eat them all like candy lol. ( Flavor is mild not too intense)I do have a little more engery , I think. I mean I'm usually sleep by 9 pm and its 12am and I'm up writing this review lol. I have a slight erg to stay occupied.Try it.
