When I first installed this I had an issue that the beeping sound never changed its frequency. Meaning that as you approached an object the beeping sound was always the same speed. I was pretty sure that it it should speed up the closer you got to the object so I wrote to customer support and they sent me a new one. The new one did exactly what I was expecting! :) The sound frequency increases as you approach an object and stays on solid when you’re β€œtoo close”. I was very happy with the customer support. The color matched my bumper perfectly and looks like it’s OEM. I mounted the display above my rear view mirror and it blends in pretty well also. The only negative thing I have to say about this product is that I wish it actually started beeping sooner. It’s pretty easy to install, but you have to be comfortable with working on a car as you have to take a lot of panels off to feed the wires. Also, drilling a hole in your bumper is a little scary, but like I said, it looks OEM.
