It is made of reclaimed wood (currently we are using cedar which is very rot & pest resistant) from southern buildings & structures & all the details of a great barn. Even miniature door handles! A great accent for any yard, garden, porch or indoor decoration. Built to last for years thru weather conditions. Options available that you choose at checkout are: color, forged steel rusty wagon wheels & weather vane. It houses two bird families separated by an interior wall with their own access hole on each end of birdhouse. Loosen a couple screws & lift the roof for easy clean out. Approx 14" w x 18"t x 14"d Current build/processing time is 2-3 WEEKS before it is shipped. NOTE: No two will look exactly the same & slight variations will occur based on reclaimed wood, grain of wood, color of wood, age markings, etc & I make slight variations so each are "one of a kind". The barn 'body' is a reddish stain & can be customized to the stain or paint color of your choice, just let us know your preference. Red stain, white trim & black roof is the "red stain" option & brown stain white trim & white roof is the "brown stain" option when ordering. This is a heavy birdhouse, no plywood used here, all solid reclaimed wood ranging from pine, poplar, cypress, cedar etc, based on availability.
