Adelaide rock quartet The State Versus deliver energetic and dynamic rock with emphasis on originality, diversity and putting on a killer live show. After playing with the likes of Angela's Dish, Fifty Sixx, Mere Theory and the Vasco Era since their inception a couple of years ago, being hand picked for the 2006 Taste of Chaos with Taking Back Sunday and Thursday and recently winning the state final for the Fate Battle of the bands, the band is eager to take their rock to the rest of Australia.
