Great option if you can't have the real thing
We used this product in a facility that is kosher and, therefore, cannot use real caviar. I don't think anyone could tell the difference and this has enabled us to expand our menu. We ordered enough to see us good for a while but will definitely be back for more in the future. Customer service is excellent - I had some questions and they were answered very fast, sometimes within minutes!

A brilliant product! Highest recommendation!
I could get to think of this as a staple in my house. It is ambrosial and can be used in many, many ways. I have not gotten to do so, yet, however, because I cannot resist scooping it from jar-to-mouth as soon as it has been opened - or scooping it on to toast with grated onion and a squeeze of lemon. YES!!!

Yuk.
I threw this stuff out. Horrid flavor and mushy texture. Heavy on black dye. Not even usable in recipes.

Not really like caviar
It didn't taste bad, but nothing like real caviar. I would not buy it again. I will probably be able to find some use for it, but it was a disappointment.
