i purchased 2 of these, assemble required, I will update after complete but one of the worst in terms of instructions and documentation. Instructions write "assemble A & B to ABCD but the parts are all NUMBERED. NOT Letters. the steps to assemble are terrible, one a couple pictures and not clear at all. on the basis of instructions alone I will only give 2 stars. How hard is it for a manufacturer to put just a little more effort in so a 1 hour assembly does not take 4 hours.

Warranty is worthless.
A great feeder but the company contact information is incorrect and the two year warranty is worthless. When I finally managed to find the manufacturer he told me that he was surprised that I as able to buy a new unit because he stopped building them 6 years ago and has no parts to honor the warranty. I have had problems with the timers. They are available for purchase at around $40 so I bought several before they disappear.

Works very well so far. However if you are taller than 5and a half feet you do not need the ladder to empty corn into it.
