I make custom ornaments and I was given a map to make into a custom ornament for a client a little while ago. It turned out so awesome and it turned her London map into a really great souvenir she can display. Then a few weeks ago I managed to get my hands on a box full of old maps. I found the North Carolina map and since this is my home I decided to go with North Carolina for my first map ornament. I have other U.S. state maps so if you are looking for another state just ask and I can make one in whichever state you want (as long as I have that state in stock or can get my hands on it). This beautiful kusudama ball was made with a North Carolina road map. I can do specific states on request! I have lots of old maps of states and cities. Just ask and if I don't have the specific state or city I will try to get it. This piece is approx. 4 inches in diameter. Approximate ribbon length is 3 inches. This would be a beautiful ornament, room decoration, Christmas tree ornament, decorative fan pull, window decoration or wedding decoration. This ornament and all items in my shop are made in a smoke free and pet free home and studio. ***There will be some variation in the paper and paper placement used on each ball because the pieces are handmade and placed, so please expect some variation from the picture.****
