I ordered this cautiously because there were no other customer reviews at the time. The fish arrived promptly and frozen in 4 trays with six fillets each. It cooks at 425 degrees for 25-30 minutes and my daughter and I both loved it. The next time I bake it I will add some salt, pepper, and maybe some thyme. At the end of the cooking time the flounder was tasty and flaky and the crabmeat filling is scrumptious. There are only 150 calories per fillet. We are incorporating more seafood into our diets for healthier meals and I highly recommend this product.

We are very satisfied with this product. We first bought the larger size twice but then went down to the smaller size and like it better.

Good for the price. Helps when I have a craving for stuffed flounder. Keep in freezer and don't take long to heat up in the oven. Next time I think I'll get the larger size.
