Honest marketing presentation of excellent product. Our kitchen stove and counter was separated thinly by an uneven gap, and one side wider than the other. Oh, yes, all sorts of things happily run over the side and down into them, even vitamin tablets. Until this product came to us, well packaged, took 24 hours to calm down to a flat. Easy to apply into gaps. Not easy to move (read as bump) about. Tapered in case of spills, to keep any and all from going down the side walls and floor beneath. Yes, I've cleaned all around down there before applying this fine product to perimeter detail. Fair price for the important job it now does. Yes.

It is made well and arrived on time, but my stove has a ridge and is higher than counter..so it doesn't lay flat, my mistake.

This is quite a clever bit of business. We had a gas range top that finally just stopped working. Replaced it with one that was the same size, we thought anyway. install, done by my extremely handy DH (Darling Husband) we flawlessly. The stated measurements were NOT accurate on the replacement unit. We had a gap in the Corian. Called several Corian installers and discovered the color we have for our counters is no longer made. Grrrrr. Saw this on Amazon and thought it give it a try. (The range top is black) It worked very well. No more mess falling thru the 1/2" crack at the back of the range top. And it looks fairly unobtrusive too. Thank youi Amazon!

I had to flatten them out. They were folded. It will not stay on the opening between the stove and counter. Slips out.

Was told it's best (as far as wear and tear) to keep a little distance between my washer and dryer. But I've just been waiting to drop something down into that open space! My appliance guy told me you could get strips like this and, while this one didn't specifically say "washer and dryer" some purchasers were kind enough to answer my question if it would work for that purpose. So thanks to them mine is now in place and doing EXACTLY what I needed it to do! Fits really well (both in length and laying flat across the top) and, best of all, plugging up that gap perfectly! We are really happy with our purchase!

We bought a new stove and when we took our old one out the mess that had gotten down in the cracks between the old stove and the cabinets was sickening. I had seen solid metal gap stoppers and went searching on Amazon. When I saw these silicone ones it caught my eye, and after reading several reviews I was impressed. However, I was worried because mine is a gas stove with some pretty high output burners and I didn't know if the heat when bringing a large pot to boil or cooking down a large pot of stew for long periods of time might actually burn or melt these. My wife likes to can and we have done both of the above since getting these and there have been no problems. I could ship these off to you and you wouldn't know they were not brand new. I have not pulled the stove out to see how much crud is getting down between the stove and the countertops, but I can't imagine that there has been hardly any at all as this provide a nice cover with no gaps. I was concerned about the length, but the manufacturer has obviously done their homework as they turned out to be the perfect length to fill the entire gap from the back of the stove to the edge of the countertop. They are very easily picked up to clean if you want, or you can just leave them in place and wipe them down. I could not be more satisfied and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking whether they are using gas or electric. Obviously I have not tried them on an electric glass stop stove, but I would not hesitate to and I'm certain they would work very nicely on an induction cooktop as well. You would certainly want to adjust the height of your stove to match as closely as possible to that of your countertop.

I ordered two. One came in a box and the other was in a plastic package. The one in the box was the absolute best. It was very thick, about an inch and a quarter wide and is very attractive. It does work as described and is very easy to wipe clean. I love that it fits over both the stove edge and the counter.The other one in the plastic package was flimsy and thin. Used at rental property - something better than nothing.

These items are nothing like I imagined they would be. I thought they woulf be a hard pvc which would fit the 5" gaps either side of my cooker. Obviously I took no notice of the measurements. They are soft anf floppy for starters and way too narrow. I plan on sending them back as £24.99 is too much money for a pensioner to waste. How do I return them please?
