Perfect purchase came with pre-greased fully assembled with bearings & seals pressed in and lug nuts! I did have to purchase 10" galvanized brake shoes @ Northern Tool plus had to buy a left and right set. I would have bought it all on Amazon but Northern Tool freight charges to Alaska was to much.Want another TowZone drum but will wait till boat is off trailer
