Consigliatissima per tutti quelli che fanno weightlifting/crossfit, ma anche per chi fa bodybuilding. Non la consiglio molto per chi fa powerlifting perché per quella disciplina è più indicata una cintura rigida, ma per la bench press la si può usare.

Cintura fantastica per il weightlifting, la uso ormai da due settimane e mi trovo benissimo, confortevole (non da fastidio durante le alzate di strappo e slancio) e dà un ottimo sostegno lombare! Consigliatissima per tutti quelli che fanno weightlifting/crossfit, ma anche per chi fa bodybuilding. Non la consiglio molto per chi fa powerlifting perché per quella disciplina è più indicata una cintura rigida, ma per la bench press la si può usare.

Ceinture en nylon avec bande scratch efficace. Léger et solide. Et en plus élégant (je trouve). Je n'ai jamais essayé en contact direct avec la peau mais par dessus mon tee-shirt, c'est très confortable. Parfait pour mon usage (crossfit et musculation : squats, soulevé de terre, snatch, etc.).
