I ordered two sets of mugs. Both boxes arrived with all corners damaged due to no outer protection (arrived in plastic shipping bag). The mugs are great; good craftsmanship as advertised, but I was planning to use one set as a gift so the damaged box does not present itself well.

These are beautiful and functional mugs. Very easy to hold and work great for Moscow Mules. The packaging is excellent and this is a great value for a quality product.

I really didn't think it was going to be that great of craftsmanship till they arrived, but to my surprise it was beyond what I expected!

The handles are large which is great if you have bigger guys ordering mules, but light enough it doesn’t take two hands to drink out of them. The packaging is really lovely for a gift.

Functionally of course they work well, but I was surprised how beautiful they are as well. They're on display in my kitchen now.
