I worked with the doctor to wean her off the prescription medicine and then started her with one capsule in the morning and one at night. I know there wasn't enough change because we had to increase it to two in the morning and one at night. I would say it was probably about six months from beginning to end with positive results leading up to where she is at. She has been on this dose for going on three 1/2 years.
