The pump was a great fit-plug and go.The reason for down grading to a 4 was it showed upb1 day late but better than the 2 days late originally provided. Amazon needs to adjust shipping dates around 3 day weekends.

defective pump
I bought this pump twice and each time it failed 20 seconds after turning on the ignition switch of my bx23s Kubota. I later bought a more expensive pump, which functions just fine. These defective pumps cost me valuable time, effort, and expense. It is hard to believe that I would receive two defective fuel pumps. It is obvious, that there is no quality control.

The fuel pump was same type on MF 1225
Looks like this was same pump on my MF1225 and is working fine. Dealer part was $202.00. I decided to chance the $21.00 pump. It’s working and is quieter than the one was on it. Delivery was delayed several times but some was due to weather. Still happy it is the same pump and is working great

Junk!!
Installed on a Kubota ZD-331 zero turn mower. Ran great for about 30 minutes then pump shut off & engine died. Let mower sit for about 60 minutes & it ran great for about another 20 minutes & then pump died again. Absolute junk!! Returned for credit. Guess I'm going to bite the bullet & pay way more for genuine U-Shin Kubota pump that will run. Also had to drill out one of the mounting holes that would not fit original Kubota bolt pattern. Again, junk, do NOT buy!!!
