I have small hands and this release fits comfortably in my hand
I was unable to find a ladies size in a retail store, but was able to try a mens version. I have small hands and this release fits comfortably in my hand. It doesn't come with any kind of strap. I ordered a small Dog collar to match and secured it to the collar to wear as a bracelet. This way I don't drop it while going to archery shoots or hunting. If you are looking to get away from a wrist release, this is a winner.

Great release aid for small handed archers!
We bought this for my daughter who has smaller than average hands for a 16 year-old. It works perfectly for her since it fits her, unlike most release aids made for average adult hands.
