i appreciate how quickly these tips were delivered.I'm on the fence as to whether they asre the correct tip as they are a bit longer than the one that came with my Hakko FX888D soldering station .the tips sent to me wre stated to be for the 900 series irons. O{{ne of my concerns is whether the tips metal is compatible with the ceramic element heating unit,and whether they will heat to the correct temperature that the iron displays.Maybe you could showme data that confirms their use with the HakkoFX888D model. thanks for listening jeff p.s. This is my first soldering station, the Yihua, for which the Caldera tips will fit.Works much better, faster and more reliable than I expected. Finally got fed up with irons from Home Depot and Lowes.
