OfficeSkates luxury office chair wheels - a true match of form and function!!!!I've wanted better chair wheels for a while. I hate the look, sound and lack of function with two cent plastic wheels. Honestly, I didn't know if they existed. I started researching for a while and looked at several models. I chose these because all the others looked generic. These also have a median size in comparison to my current wheels and the oversized 3" option that would make my chair look like a tonka toy. These were also the only all black model. In edition to this they were the only ones I saw with a really thin layer. Which to me makes the wheel look black rather than black and clear while still protecting my floor from scuffs. Overall, I am very pleased and plan to buy another pair as a gift!

My office chair at work is a few years old, so I've got the seat broken in just the way I want it. Unfortunately, the wheels, which weren't very good to begin with, got to the point that it was difficult to roll backward, and almost impossible to roll forward. To move forward, I would grab the front of the seat with one hand, and kind of hop. I'm usually the last one to leave work at night, so I installed the new wheels after everyone else left. They are amazing! They're smooth and quiet and they roll so easily. Since I had the office to myself, I spent the next half hour rolling up and down our very long hallway. It was so much fun! There was a period of adjustment because I was so used to pushing hard to move at all that I spent a couple of days crashing in to my office furniture, which was amusing for my co-workers. If I ever leave this job, I will take these wheels with me, and I 'm adding them to my wish list for a home office. BTW, I did NOT receive a discount for my opinion.

If you have vinyl floors, and you're tired of having your cheap plastic office chair wheels scar your floor, then these are for you! Make no mistake, this will be a huge quality of life improvement. Rolling around to grab things in your office will be a breeze...unless you want to stand up and walk over like some sort of animal! I wish I had more office chairs so I could buy more of these. It's like gliding around on....well, roller skates, duh? I wish Jeff Bezos would enable a limited use 6 star option so I could bestow that gift to this product. That's how much I believe in these frickin' things. And no, this was not a paid endorsement, but if the manufacturer/distributor/importer of these wheels feels like rewarding my contribution, I can buy another office chair or two should I get some free wheels out of this glowing endorsement.....just sayin.

I've had these on 3 chairs rolling around on my wood floors for about 6 months now.I think these are great, but if I had to complain about something (and apparently I do) the worst thing I can come up with is that they have too little rolling resistance. And they have a tendency to attract dog hair. These are very minor issues though. Overall I would recommend them and buy them again if I needed more.

The work very well. It took a large screwdriver to pry the old wheels out. These slip in, and then need a tap of a hammer, on the metal, to get them in the last 1/8". It is about a 5 minute job.The roll on the floor quietly, and with little effort, unless they get into a groove between my Saltillo tiles. This is the only complaint I have... This could be solved by making the wheels wider, but with the good reviews the manufacturer is getting, they are not likely to make any changes.The gray looks very nice, and modern, on my black legged chair.I will buy them again when I get another computer chair, which I need.

These wheels are great. I wish I had known of them sooner. I had a plastic floor mat underneath my office chair for several years to protect my hardwood floors. When I removed the mat to do a thorough cleaning I saw how much I had scratched up the floor since the mat shifts just enough to cause damage. These wheels are silent, the chair moves easily and I no longer have to worry about damaging my hardwood floor. The plastic mat went into the trash and it is easier to keep the floor clean without the mat in the way!

Just put these on my new drafting chair this past week. So far so good. They are quiet and have not scratched the floor and roll very smoothly. I guess the only thing I would point out, is that these wheels are about $10-$15 more than the competitors I saw on Amazon and not sure why because the wheels and claims about the nearly identical products sold by different entities seem quite similar. Maybe there is a reason they are more, but I haven't seen it beyond design/color. Likewise, for a higher price, you would think they might be made in America. I would certainly have no problem paying more for something made in the U.S., thereby giving American workers those jobs. If I have any additional suggestions/thoughts, I can share those later.

These chair casters are outstanding! Seriously this is my first review. I bought a LazyBoy chair and love it but hated the casters. They were noisy, did not roll or pivot well, and I believe designed for carpet. Since I have hardwood floors, I needed new ones. I looked at several of these roller blade type wheels and went with the reviews. They require some muscle to push in, but they are perfect. Completely silent and roll like a champ. They are also black so you don't even notice them compared to the old ones.
