Q: How do you refill it?

you purchase a butane or lighter refill canister from most any store. Then on the end opposite the flame on the lighter their is a small hole with a small metal tube in it. Use the butane refill canister and attach it. Make sure to push in firmly to lesson butane leakage. The butane refill canister should also have directions.

Q: How is this later rechargeable? In the description it says refillable and rechargeable

I think "refillable" and "rechargeable" are being used interchangeably here. The only thing to replenish in this lighter is the butane. These are handy little lighters - I keep several around. Not sure if I'm saving money, but it's annoying to pay several $$ for a lighter and then toss it (even though it would still work) just because the gas is used up.

Q: Do you sell the Scritpo Butane fuel refills that are needed to refill this lighter? If not, do you know where they can be purchased?

Like everything else they sell it on Amazon.
