San Diego Bebe Eco-Nursing Pillow for ONE baby Color: Butter

The pillow serves its purpose well. The back support is a bit small but works well enough. It is soft, plush fabric and can be removed to wash (which I have not done yet). The reason only four stars is the nursing cover. It is a good concept I'm sure, but the function is not there. It doesn't cover any part of your body that's exposed. I didn't plan to use the cover anyway, and the price ($11) was so good that I didn't mind the cover was ridiculous.Oh, also the strap that helps hold the pillow closer to your body began fraying almost immediately. (Just took a lit match to the edge, and that took care of it.)

I have tried the San Diego Bebe, the Boppy, and the My Brest Friend pillows, and the San Diego Bebe has been my favorite. It feels the most supportive for both my baby and me. I had issues with the other pillows not bringing my baby up to the level I needed without having to hunch over too far and strain my upper back, and this one I feel is closer to the proper height. If it were made a little thicker I think it might fit even better for taller women. The bolster around this pillow was one of the main reasons why I ordered the San Diego Bebe, as I needed a pillow that would allow me to nurse and work at a computer at the same time. With the other pillows, I had to use blankets at the edge of the desk to keep my baby's head from accidentally hitting against it. This pillow would be great for work-at-home moms.

Nice soft surface, soft supportive foam, handy elastic at side for stashing little stuff. Cover comes out of the wash great, all that Velcro not withstanding. Best of all baby likes it. Baby can nurse in a relaxed body position. Even helps her fall asleep if I lay her on it to rock her when she's tired and cranky.

I put this on my registry and when it arrived I was surprised at how large it was. However after using it, I'm so happy with the product. The material is so soft, baby's in a perfect nursing position, and I love the little pocket to stash snacks, my phone, water, etc. A friend also gave me her boppy which I'll use for tummy time and sitting but this is my go to nursing pillow.
