Polka Cracked Heel Foot Repair Cream
It does moisturizes the feet and it appears to lighten a bit. I am not sure how long you have to use this to get the full effect but the tube is very little and I am just about out of it now. I only got about 2 weeks of use and it's almost empty. You get so little for a high price.
