I like the fact, they are already chopped they make very tasty, baked okra, and can also be included in other dishes. they also seem a lot cheaper than the fresh okra, who is the no loss of deliciousness.

ready chopped okra is awesome
I have a limited diet but I can eat okra. Therefore, I was delighted to find these at such a good price in a convenient size. They cook straight from frozen fine (fried in a curry). Flavour is as good as shop fresh okra. The cuts are about 1cm each thick.
