Delicious & high-quality
It’s so much easier and more pleasant to take my calcium supplements with these delicious gummies, as opposed to the typically huge calcium tablets. Gluten-free, no synthetic dyes, no artificial sweeteners, no high fructose corn syrup, no dairy. Excellent product.

Taste good but too sweet
Tastes good but too sweet! For the potency of the product, can’t tell. I take 2 pcs/day as suggested for over 2 weeks already.

My Favorite Calcium Supplement
I take these daily after being diagnosed with osteoporosis and osteopenia. They are easy to eat and swallow (actually delicious) and hopefully are having a positive effect on my bone density. The dosage seems correct. I'm not sure whether they affect my energy but I have plenty at 62. I do try to take them with a meal because I understand that calcium is absorbed more effectively alongside fat. I have had no side effects and actually look forward to taking them.
