good pump, but need professional knowledge to set.
Recently I found that my houses’ well system works not very well. I found sometime the pump could not pump the water in the tank. At beginning I think that the groundwater level changed, I have a friend he works with these, so I called him to help me. After measure, he told me the groundwater level is OK, the problem is on your deep well pump.Depend on the information he given me, I purchased this pump. Choose this one since is looks good and the rice is OK. My friend also let me buy about 30ft cord for pump, and this item include cord. The shipping is very fast, just two days I received my new pump. Then my friend and I began to change the pump.The change work did not very well. The old pump stuck in the well, and we spend about four hours to move it out. Then he told me you need a new rubber torque arrestor. Then there are many many works, measure the depth, set the rubber torques arrestor, pipe and cord. Finally we success set the pump.Now the pump works very well, and I wish it could works well forever, since I really do not want to change it again. This experience teaches me that a good pump is very important, and leave these thing to professional guys.

Wanted inexpensive. I got cheap crap.
This pump worked perfectly for 2 weeks. 2 weeks and has now seized. Piece of crap and I have no idea who to contact about it.

Exceptional pump with better than expected performance
Exceptional pump with better than expected performance. I use it to pump water from the river to irrigate 2 plus acres through 5/8" water hoses up to 250 feet in length. We use hoses due to the high probability of flash flooding. It runs continually for several hours at a time. I must run two sprinklers at a time due to the head and volume.Outstanding in all respects.

Stay away from this pump and spend the little extra money on a good pump.
Pump arrived doa. Paid 400 twice. Once for the doa pump, then again for the new one. Also, this pump comes with a 110 box. It comes set up as aerator. This pump will run non stop, or until you cut it off. To use this as a well pump, you will have to buy a 210v control box. Stay away from this pump and spend the little extra money on a good pump.

The pump got stuck in my 4 inch well casing, and I had to have a total new well dug, which cost me $4800, and that was with a $500 discount.
