Mr.N.Martin as a Mechanic for many years.If you cross reference the oil filter on your Yamaha T50 into a Wix filter and it came up with this number, you're set to go..Now if you still feel uncomfortable, if possible, take the old filter to a Auto Zone, and cross reference the Wix 51358 to what they have on the shelf and with the old filter in hand, you will find your answer, where the O-RING SEALS, and the same Screw Port size, using your finger.
