It’s not like on pictures !!!!!bad quality, not worth it

As the paint on the hood of my car has been MIA since I purchased it, I decided it was time to ride in style. A proper car wrap material would have cost me upwards of $75. Look at my car — does it look like I can afford that? Does my car look deserving of such high end material? $6 contact paper came to my rescue. For the low price of $12 (ish) and the most FRUSTRATING application known to car hoods (only because this is created for flat surfaces and the hood of my car is anything but) my car is now easily located in even the most congested parking lots. My friends see me coming down the road from miles away. No more "Did I just see you driving down X Road??" texts, no. They know it's me.Hands down the best $12 (ish) (2 rolls required) I have invested in this ugly little car. It's probably never going to peel off without completely stripping the paint from my hood and has withstood heavy rain, wind, and dirt. The real test will be the summer heat, but I doubt even that could destroy this stuff. Highly recommend.

The paper is very thin, like another reviewer said it’s similar to wrapping paper. It doesn’t look bad once applied but it’s very difficult to adjust and easy to rip/tear so make sure you’re applying it straight and flat the first time or that piece is garbage.Once it’s on it looks really nice from far away. Up close it doesn’t have much dimension so it looks a bit cheap but the product is very inexpensive so with that in mind I suppose you’re getting what you pay for. Served it’s purpose for me anyway.

Super cute, decent quality photo, not pixilated. Easy to apply, fairly thick it didn’t rip but formed easily. Just peeled the backing a little and removed air bubbles with a debit card. Took a while 3 minutes to apply. I highly recommend.

This product was very disappointing. The shipping was super fast, and that's where my luck ran out. The paper is way too sticky, if you don't get it perfectly lined up the first try, you will face a battle to get it off the surface it was placed on, and you will rip and tear the paper trying to reposition it. It sticks to itself, and you will rip it trying to separate it. I used a more classic looking marble contact paper on the weekend for a different DIY and it was amazing, so I know the issue is not with me.Now, lets talk about the print. It is NOT like in the photo. It looks very unrealistic, almost like you printed it from your home printer. It almost looks like gift wrap. Very paper like. No shine or gloss and absolutely do not wipe it down, you will melt it, as it's paper. Just disappointing all around. The marble look shelves I made are incredible, no one can believe they were made with contact paper and were actually old wooden pieces underneath, but this stuff is a joke. And it stinks. The adhesive is really, really smelly. A shame, really.

Tried to use this product to cover an old ugly desk. Unless you have six arms, its a no go. And it tears SO easily. Also I ordered the pink, but its more yellow in person and not at all pretty. Save your money and either paint or get the product from someone else.
