Review: 筋肉つきます - ユアシェイプフィットネスエボルブでは上半身の胸や腹筋をほとんど鍛えられないので、購入しました。 輸入版ですが、トレーナーの動きに合わせればいいので、英語がわからなくてもトレーニングは可能です。 さすがに寝転がっての腹筋や腕立て伏せのメニューは家が広くてもキネクトが反応してくれないときがあり、 ちょっとイライラします。 ユアシェイプのようなレスポンスを期待するとイライラするでしょうね。 トレーニングは３つのジムから選んべます。 ジムは寝技系のジム１つ、立ち技系のジム２つがあり、それぞれのジムでトレーナーが丁寧に教えてくれます。 ジム独自のトレーニングメニューもありますが、自分で好きなワークアウトを選んでメニューを組むことができます。 ジムを選んだからって他のジムに入れないなんて事はないので安心して３つのジムを渡り歩いてください。 私が重宝しているのはプログラムメニューです。 最初に体力測定をして、３段階のうちのどれかに分けられます。 その体力に合わせて３０日のメニューか６０日のメニューを自動的に組んでくれます。 目的にあわせて、筋力アップ、ダイエット、持久力アップのメニューを組むことが可能です。 もやしっ子の私は一番軽いコースの６０日の筋力アップメニューを現在すすめていますが、 かなーりハードで毎回つぶれています。 ミット打ちやサンドバッグを自由に叩く、トラックのタイヤ起こしといったワークアウトもあるので、 ストレス解消にもいいと思います。
