Very good text for running a floral shop. Got this as required reading for floral shop management class.

This little book has exceeded my expectations. I am still reading it, but what I love about it is the question section at the end of each chapter. Not only that, the book offers good practical tips e.g. When delivering flowers in your vehicle remember to carry a few dog biscuits in a container to help distract any threatening dogs that you may encounter.This was a second-hand book, and it has arrived in perfect condition. Thanks.

I had to purchase this book for a floral design class. I was a little disappointed that there were hardly any pictures but the book is well written and informative in regards to operating a floral shop.

Markesich put a lot of very useful information into an easy-to-find format. This is a great reference for students and adults with an interest in the florist industry.
