Utilizing 384 LEDs, the Limelight LED Ring can produce 3270 lux of light from 3.3' away, and with the ring's 5.1" opening and camera plate, it can accommodate a variety of standard and broadcast lenses. It has a rugged, metal housing and mount system along with a CRI rating of <80. Also, it is daylight balanced with a color temperature of 5600K +/- 300K. Further enhancing usage is a rotary dial for step less dimming from 10-100% and it has switches for the top, bottom, and both side quadrants for turning on and off certain sections of the lights. Additionally, clip-on tungsten and diffusion filters are included for balancing the light and softening the output. The camera platform can have its height and balance adjusted for leveling and customization for your camera. Also, the adjustable quick-release plate can be adjusted in micrometers for precision and it has both 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 screws for attaching cameras. It features standard 15mm carbon-alu rods as well for compatibility with other accessories and it can be attached to a tripod or a 5/8" stand. The light comes with a universal 100-240 VAC adapter and can be outfitted with an optional battery receiver if desired. And, it has an AC connection kit for international use.
