Torrans tdgaqa Thunderbird Double Glider - Aqua

Looks and works great, was delivered quickly. The color was a little more pink then what shows on the site, but that was ok. The only problem we had, was the assembly instruction manual were for a different glider model. We had to improvise part of the assembly because our pieces didn't line-up and fit the same way as the model in the manual. But we figured it out with some trial and error and love it.

Some parts were bent in such a way that the glider does not swing properly. A replacement piece was requested and, although the initial request received immediate response requesting a photo, once the photo was provided (several weeks ago) no further response or replacement piece has been received

Bought one of these last July. The red paint has completely peeled off one of the seats. Contacted Amazon, Bubsy205, Torrans, and none would take ownership of this problem. Evidently it is past warranty time. Still, this should not happen after one mild Georgia winter.. So, if you are handy and can refinish this product, then by all means purchase. Otherwise, you could be stuck with a poorly painted product. Also, it came in a box held together by duck tape.
