Med Tracker Medicine and Vitamin Dosage Tracker

Helps a lot to avoid the "did I take my pill" today problem. Low tech, well built, and easy to use.

We just got it. Bought it for a family member who keeps forgetting to keep track of pills. We have tried apps, calendar, alarm clocks and more. So, we gave up on techie stuff and decided to try this. I will try to follow up after a bit to see if it helps. It has a sticky back that you attach to the medicine bottle. It will be easier to refill the same container than to keep changing the tracker. The dials are easy to move for a person like me who needs easy open caps on my pill bottles. Still not loose enough that it could accidentally change the day by mistake. They look just like in the picture.

This is great for reminding me if I took my medications. It is so easy to forget and have all the days blur together when taking something everyday. "Did I take that already or was that yesterday?" It sticks great. I have it attached to the door of my medicine cabinet as I only take one Rx. The spinning dates and dosage cogs function well.

It's easy for me to remember to "click" the little indicator forward each time I take a pill; much easier than remembering whether I've taken my medicine or not! Seems well made. I don't have it glued onto the bottle because I want to be able to use each new bottle with its fresh label/date, rather than pouring each batch of new pills into the old bottle with the tracker on it - but I keep my pills in a little bag in my purse and the tracker just nestles in with the bottle.

These work great, especially if you have to take medication multiple doses in one day and have difficulty keeping track. The only thing I would suggest is to provide multiple Velcro sticky backs. If the medicine is monthly, you need to move it from bottle to bottle (to have update dosing and refill data). Once you remove from the first bottle, it loses its stickiness. I ended up using double sided tape and it works okay, but its an extra step. I also use time coded tops for some of my medications which have to be taken a certain number of hours apart, and those work well too.

These are perfect for someone who takes daily meds. You just twist the dial when you take your pill and you'll know that you took it hours later when you're not sure if you did or not.

I used the velco to attach a rubber band then I use the rubber band to hold the tracker to my medicine bottle. It works great.
